Bill Quish has more than 25 years experience as an executive, entrepreneur and consultant in business sales, acquisitions and capital sourcing. He has developed significant expertise in originating, structuring, negotiating and managing these complex transactions. His clients are from a wide variety of industries including software, e-commerce, business services, manufacturing, real estate, telecom, managed care, insurance agency, mortgage broker, travel, wealth management, leasing and food service, etc.
Prior to joining Lyons Solutions, LLC at the beginning of 2005, he was a Managing Director at Suffield Financial Group, a New England based investment banking firm catering to middle market companies. Before joining Suffield Financial Group, he founded Quish & Associates where he provides consulting and investment banking services to emerging, middle-market and publicly-held companies. While at Quish & Associates, he also served as an interim Chief Financial Officer and Chief Operating Officer for two other companies.
Prior to founding Quish & Associates, he held two positions with Hartford Financial Services (NYSE: "HIG"). Initially, he was Manager of Worldwide Financial Reporting. Thereafter, he was a Director of a specialty financing unit that provided merger, acquisition and financing services to insurance agencies. Previously Mr. Quish practiced as a Certified Public Accountant in the audit departments of Coopers & Lybrand and Peat Marwick, two prominent international public accounting firms.
Bill holds a BS degree in Accounting from Boston College's Carroll School of Management and is a Certified Exit Planning Advisor (CEPA). He is a member of the Association for Corporate Growth. |
